Susan is a partner in Driscoll Properties and a Sales Associate with Driscoll Real Estate. Susan is a NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® winner for three years in a row 2022, 2023, & 2024. Susan is know for service excellence on both the buy and sell side of real estate transactions and manages every detail for her client. She also works with prominent builders in Chatham and Madison and offers direct sales to builder to help sellers get the greatest ROI for their property.

Prior to joining Driscoll Real Estate full time, Susan worked as a management consultant with PWC for 10 years and as corporate marketing consultant for 15 years. She opened, operated, and sold a computer training center in Chatham. Susan is a graduate of the Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Her clients benefit from her business acumen and her ability to creatively apply her experience in marketing and technology to the business of real estate. “I enjoy working with residential and commercial clients, many are both.”

Susan grew up in Chatham and now lives in Madison with her two children. As a lifetime resident, Susan has extensive market knowledge of Morris, Union, and Essex counties and surrounding area. She helps buyers find their dream home, sellers to maximize their return, and partners with all clients to understand the market and navigate pricing and the negotiation process.

Susan is highly regarded in the community and is active as a Girl Scout leader, volunteer and is an avid yoga practitioner and equestrian.
